Additionally, our team is proficient in Kotlin and Swift for native app development and in Xamarin or Flutter for cross-platform app development. We integrate and deploy our applications with Microsoft’s Azure ecosystems, ensuring seamless and efficient integration.

YOUR ROLE

As an Agile Coach on the Digital Xperience team, your mission is to drive continuous improvement of all processes within individual teams and the entire company. You will lead the implementation of our Xpagile methodology, ensuring its effective application and promoting best practices in relation to Data Protection and Security.

Your responsibilities include implementing our Management System through internal audits, metrics development, training, coaching and general system maintenance.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Support teams as an Agile Coach;
  • Foster an agile culture, promoting values at all levels of the organization;
  • Act as a mentor, coach and leader, applying agile principles;
  • Inspire teams and the organization to improve working methods continually;
  • Offer practical Scrum coaching to teams;
  • Guide teams and stakeholders in adopting agile thinking and Scrum processes;
  • Moderate agile meetings, including backlog refinement, planning, review and retrospectives, when necessary;
  • Assist teams in developing metrics and estimates, ensuring periodic evaluation of the process to improve forecasts and mitigate risks;
  • Collect feedback and constantly improve our processes, guidance, training materials and content.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
  • Academic Degree in Engineering, Informatics, Management or similar fields of study;
  • More than 2 years of experience in developing and training teams in Agile model as Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
  • Consolidated knowledge and application of agile methodologies (e.g. Scum, Kanban), as well as of Scaled Agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe, LeSS);
  • Knowledge and experience in support tools for agile methodologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Azure Devops);
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
  • Knowledge and experience in identifying and applying OKR;
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Lean thinking, values and principles;
  • Fluency in English (writen and spoken);
  • Creative, proactive, team player and critical thinking;
  • Good problem solver in a collaborative way;
  • Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and clients;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to think out of the box and create multidisciplinary solutions.
