Business Intelligence Project Manager
The Business Intelligence & Analytics team aims to ensure that organizations can get more value from their data and become truly data-driven. We implement end-to-end business intelligence solutions, taking advantage of our technological partnerships with Hitachi, Microsoft and Tableau, where we specialize. To ensure excellent results, we always work closely with customers, realizing their business and requirements and increasing the positive impact.
YOUR ROLE
As a Business Intelligence Project Manager, you will have a fundamental role being a communication link between various teams, projects and their respective clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management, from defining their scope and duration to teams’ allocation and management, ensuring the quality and excellence of each delivery.
Your daily activities will include:
- Coordinating various project teams
- Ensuring fluid and on-time communication between all teams that have an impact on the projects
- Meeting with costumers to understand business rules and translating them into functional and technical requirements
- Defining the scope of project releases and sprints, ensuring all stakeholders involvement
- Working alongside the team, assuming an orientation/coaching role in good practices, quality, planning, among others
- Anticipating and managing problems, conflicts and risks that can arise during projects
- Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and trends, providing suggestions/recommendations, whenever this proves to be advantageous
- Developing and implementing metrics for monitoring and evaluating project execution
- Participating and producing content within the unit’s marketing initiatives
- Ensuring the quality and excellence of each delivery

SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE
- MSc / BSc in Information Systems Management or Engineering in general
- Sound verbal and written communication capabilities
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Technical Leader
- Experience communicating with clients
- Background or knowledge in Business Intelligence good practices for implementing solutions and tools
- Experience with development methodologies (Scrum) and tools to support development (Confluence, JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo)
- Being a motivated person willing to innovate
- Team player and problem-solving skills
- Responsible and organized
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
