From Instituto Superior Técnico to the world
We've been growing more than 30% annually in the last 5 years
2003 marks the year of our birth. From an entrepreneurial idea at Instituto Superior Técnico, we became a technology company present in Lisbon, Viana do Castelo, Braga, London, Stockholm and Zagreb.
We are proud to have a management team made up of techies who know the bit and byte and speak our language. Today we are already 350 Xpanders in the Technology and Corporate areas but we maintain the same startup culture.

More than 340 clients use our services
We work with significant national and international clients in more than 30 countries. Today there are +340 customers using our services (among them Bet.pt, Médis, or the Pestana Group). In 2021 we were elected the "Best 2020 SME in Portugal" and the "Best Services Company" of 2020 and 2019 by Revista Exame. In 2019 we've reached the Financial Times Ranking "FT1000: Europe's Fastest-Growing Companies" and our Médis app was recognised as the "Best App of the year" at the Meios e Publicidade Awards.

We return our results and success to the community. We were the first company in Portugal to join the Pledge 1% movement, donating 1% profit to social causes. Not only that. Every year, through our social responsibility program - Xtend - we support with time, expertise and assets various non-profit institutions to help improve the lives of those most in need.
